Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, Inc. (ICHDE) is a faith-based, not-for-profit development corporation that strengthens Delaware communities and services low- and moderate-income households. ICHDE was founded more than 40 years ago and is currently the largest statewide, not-for-profit community housing organization in Delaware.
ICHDE provides HUD-approved homeownership education and support programs for lower-income families, as well as tools to help our clients on the road to homeownership.
