Duties and Responsibilities

Organize office and support other staff with organizational tasks in ways that optimize procedures

Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail

Organize and managing files

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Must be able to manage time and multitask

Working knowledge of office equipment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Must have good typing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Dependability

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate degree preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
