PERSONAL CREDIT & FINANCIAL EDUCATION
These private, confidential sessions allow our HomeOwnership Educators

OBTAIN A SECOND MORTGAGE
Interfaith offers two types of loan products to assist buyers with small
loans of up to $5,000. These loans are available to qualified buyers at
either 80% or below Area Median Income or those with incomes in excess
of 80% of Area Median Income. The interest rates vary between the two
types of loans. These loans can be an affordable means to meet any minor
shortfall in funds needed to close the sale. For more information about
this program, contact Erikka Concepcion at econcepcion@ichde.org.
