March 20, 2020

Dear Neighbor,

As we continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 (Corona Virus), I wanted to take a few minutes to update you on the change we have instituted as we take steps to ensure the safety of our clients, friends, and the community.

Initially, we began conducting our counseling sessions via phone, fax, scan, etc., to limit our access to the general public.

As we are in the heart of one of the busiest production times of the year, we are committed to continue providing services. We are confident that you, your families and team members are proactively taking the necessary precautions to help mitigate the health risks. As we continue to take the necessary steps to ensure that we keep all of our clients, partners and members of our team healthy and due to the increasing community spread of the virus, we have closed our office and set our team up to work remotely effective immediately.

We are continually monitoring our Federal, State, and Local governments updates, and should there be a declaration of a State of Emergency, or some type of quarantine, we will do everything in our control to ensure that we remain available by phone or email. We are committed to serving you with as little disruption to our services as reasonably possible.

Stay Safe!
